Ink fingerprinting and pistol permit processing are offered by appointment only M-F between 8:30am-4:00pm.

Note: Digital fingerprinting is not available at the Essex Resident Trooper's Office.

Digital fingerprinting is available without appointment at Troop F, Westbrook (315 Spencer Plains Road, Westbrook, CT 06498) M-F between 7:00am-8:00am, 3:00pm-4:00pm, and 11:00pm-12:00am. Digital fingerprinting for pistol permits or employment is also available by appointment at State Police Headquarters in Middletown.
