NOTICE
OF DECISION At the June 10, 2008 regularly scheduled meeting of the Essex Inland Wetlands and Watercourses, the following decisions were made: Permit for Application 3-08 by Gary Dayharsh for property located at 147 Westbrook Road, Essex (Assessor's Map 79 Lot 13) for activities in the regulated upland area (stormwater detention basin, parking area, and portions of septic system). Permit for Application 5-08 by Kevin Kelly for property located at 9 Industrial Park Road, Essex, (Assessor's Map 44 Lot 38) for a stream crossing and driveway construction. Permit for Application 7-08 by Rob Shickel for properties located at 42 & 46 Book Hill Road, Essex, (Assessor's Map 9 Lots 12 & 13) for dredging two ponds. Permit for Application 8-08 by the Ivoryton Congregational Church for property located at 57 Main Street, Ivoryton (Assessor's Map 41 Lots 16 & 17) for paving existing parking lot within the regulated upland area to a watercourse (Falls River). OF PUBLIC HEARING MAY 13, 2008
Application #2-08 for property at the end of Hunter's Trail (Map 76 Lot 11), by Doane-Collins, Agent for Edward Cook for a Permit to cross a portion of the inland wetlands for a road and associated stormwater basins in the regulated upland area to a wetland. A copy of the above application is on file in the Essex Land Use Office and is available for public review.

NOTICE OF DECISION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Essex Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Commission at the regularly scheduled meeting on March 11, 2008 voted to grant the following amendment to a Permit: Amendment to Permit #18-07 which was granted at the November 13, 2007 IWWC meeting for the construction of stairs leading to the water on behalf of Alfred and Barbara Marulli, property located at 39 South Main Street, Essex, CT. This amendment will include the electrical conduit and trench detail as set for in the drawing submitted to the Commission on March 11, 2008 and noted as sheet 4a of 4, with detail allowing for the trenching and laying down of electrical conduit for the sole purpose of the davit. Permit granted for Application #22-07 Anthony Hendriks Agent for Renwick J. Minchin property located at 35 Dennison Rd., Essex, CT, Assessor's Map 25 Lot 8-1a.
