PLEASE NOTE: The Landfill will be closed on
Monday May 25th for Memorial Day and will be
open on Tuesday May 26th.
Normal hours for the Landfill are Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Adjustments are usually made allowing for holidays and weather-related emergencies.
Valid I.D. must be presented to prove town residence. See attendant before dropping items off.
As of October 1, 2014, residents must present either an annual permit (in the form of a sticker affixed to the vehicle's windshield) or a pre-paid punch card before disposing household garbage/trash at the transfer station.
Annual permits (valid from October 1st through September 30th of the following year.)
- $125.00 residents
- $75.00 for resident seniors 65 and over
Punch Cards (allows the disposal of 10 bags) : $25.00 all residents
Both can be purchased through the Town Clerk's office via cash or check.
The punch cards are available at the Transfer Station via check, debit/credit card only. NO CASH ACCEPTED.

- The landfill is now accepting bicycles in any condition to be donated to the Bikes for Kids Collection. The final drop off date is Saturday June 6th. For more information visit www.bikes-for-kids.net.
